2020 Holiday Shipping Guidelines

This year has brought many unique challenges. We have been unable to keep up our typical turnaround times for many products, and unfortunately, we do need to have deadlines or cut-off dates for orders shipping to the United States that need to arrive by Christmas. These dates are listed in the table below.

Even with these cut-off dates, we suggest you place your orders as soon as possible and leave some extra time for any potential delays that can occur, such as production errors or shipping-related delays. All of our shipping partners, FedEx, UPS, and the USPS, expect incredible package volume levels during December.

Many orders are currently taking longer than usual, so even before these dates it is important to reference our current production turnaround times for each product. We highly recommend you place orders needed before Christmas as soon as possible, and do not overpromise when you can deliver to your clients. One-day shipping can be added to orders to help them arrive to you sooner, but remember that adding overnight shipping does not speed up the in-lab time your order takes to get produced, nor does it guarantee your order will ship the same day. One-day shipping only expedites the shipping method once the order is complete. If you need to expedite your order's in-lab turnaround time, please contact Customer Service to discuss potential options.

Based on our production schedule and FedEx and UPS expected transit times, below are the dates you'll want to have your orders placed to arrive before Christmas. Keep in mind this schedule has your orders arriving as late as Thursday, December 24th.
